During the PLTW classes a visitor from MSOE came to visit to promote her school and all of Mr. Rochon's classes treated her with the utmost respect. Way to go future engineers!
Today one of the school's special education students was heading to lunch, and she held the door open for all of her classmates as they made their way down the hall and into the cafeteria. All of the other students were very grateful. These simple acts of kindness can put a smile on everyone's faces!Several teachers throughout the day offered to work with their students outside of class if they did not understand something. They suggested working through problems before or after school, or even during Go-Time. Having approachable and diligent teachers that are always willing to help is one thing that makes GHS so great!
A student dropped their folder in math class today. A neighbor went out of their way to pick up all of their scattered papers. These little acts of kindness can really make someone's day!
This afternoon, a student offered to help their friend study for a physics test. They spent a large portion of their lunch hour helping them understand the material that they were confused on. This great team work will lead to some high test scores!
At the Wisconsin State Music Association State Competition on Saturday, October 15th, the Greenfield High School Band performed their best show yet. They displayed a lot of GHS HAWK PRIDE and respect towards other marching bands. Great job band!
